Shameless sham exposed




The group with Mr. Ravi Malik as it's advisor, or chief advisor had been claiming that they were the original association and that the Association leadership that took over from Chennai 2017 Convention and has been running as AIASCT was a splinter group and that it was a divisive force.

Now, it is learnt that the information obtained under RTI by Shri. Kousik Roy, has thoroughly exposed them and has shown for all those who care to see that they have claimed hardly 16.27% membership strength with 2531 Superintendents and only 35 ACs.  Out of that, in the verification conducted by the department only the following number is proved:

1.     Ahmedabad - 336

2.    Vadodara - 410

3.    Guwahati - 258

4.    Kolkata - 131

5.    Lucknow - 101

6.    Mumbai - 226

7.    Vizag - 150.

The total of the above comes only to 1612.  Which falls short of even the 15% mark.

Yet, they have been accorded recognition by the CBIC in their wisdom.

In contrast to the above, AIASCT had submitted DDOs to back a strength of 7467 Superintendents as below:



I leave it to the formal Association (AIASCT) to take up the matter legally or administratively on grounds that  any one conversant with the CCS RSA Rules is aware of.

My limited objective in bringing this to the notice of the ordinary members only is to expose the shameless sham that this motely group has been indulging in, to the detriment of the cadres of Inspector, Superintendent and AC promoted from C.Ex/CGST.

And the crucial time that is going to be - Cadre Restructuring AND Pay scale matters.

  Once again I have started getting phone calls from different parts of the country regarding whether they can also approach the Tribunal Benches in their area for getting the benefit of 1.1.96 granted to the 13 persons consequent to the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of Kolkatta and/or citing the Hyderabad CAT order. Sanjay, you broke our hearts

Real Administration

  The Republic is essentially a Constitutional State.  While the Independence Day becomes an occasion to remember the great sacrifices our earlier generations had to undergo to get rid of the foreign yoke, the Republic Day is an occasion to remember the pangs of setting up the constitutional frame work which guarantees us protection, freedom and dignity in life.
